You’ll be guided through a journey that integrates physiological, psychological, neurobiological, and body-oriented methods. Attachment Healing
Attachment healing is designed for individuals who have experienced attachment wounds or developmental trauma and wish to build more secure relationships and parenting styles. Together, we will examine how early caregiver relationships shaped your beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns. Using attachment repatterning techniques, we’ll strengthen your capacity for self-regulation and co-regulation. This process fosters a sense of safety and connection—with yourself, others, and the world—supporting you in breaking generational cycles and cultivating a deeper sense of belonging.
Grief Processing
Grief can arise from many forms of loss—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a dream, or a way of life. I provide a safe, compassionate space where your grief can be witnessed and honored. Through mindfulness, attunement, and presence, we will gently explore the emotional and physical dimensions of your grief. This supportive process allows for healing and integration at your own pace.
