There’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. That’s why I draw from a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities that address the full complexity of who you are, your story, your relationships, and your hopes for the future.

My training and education are rooted in evidence based and holistic frameworks that integrate both clinical expertise and compassionate presence. These methods help us not only understand the root causes of distress but also restore safety, regulation, and vitality in your daily life.

Somatic Experiencing®

Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach to healing trauma. It focuses on tracking physical sensations to safely release stress and restore the body’s natural balance. As a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), I help clients process trauma stored in the nervous system—without needing to re-tell every detail of the story. This method supports emotional regulation, physical relief, and a deeper sense of presence and safety in your body.

Resiliency & Regulation

Trained under Kathy Kain’s framework, this approach is designed to help individuals who’ve experienced trauma build emotional resilience and nervous system regulation. Drawing from somatic therapy, attachment theory, and polyvagal theory, we’ll use gentle, body-centered techniques to restore your sense of internal safety and expand your capacity for calm, connection, and strength.

The Daring Way™

Based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown, The Daring Way is a structured path for developing shame resilience, embracing vulnerability, and living more authentically. As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator™, I guide individuals and groups through powerful reflections on courage, worthiness, and wholehearted living. This work is especially useful for those navigating self-doubt, perfectionism, or identity challenges.

Compassionate Bereavement Care®

Grief doesn’t need to be rushed. As a CBC-certified therapist, I offer a trauma-informed, deeply compassionate approach to mourning. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, a major life change, or a loss that’s hard to name, this modality provides a safe space to feel, process, and find your way through. I honor the uniqueness of every grief journey, while helping you build tools to navigate the waves.

Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience

Attachment shapes the way we connect to ourselves and others. DARe, developed by Dr. Diane Poole Heller, combines attachment theory, neuroscience, and somatic work to help rewire old relational patterns and foster secure connection. This work can be life-changing for those who’ve experienced relational trauma, boundary ruptures, or patterns of avoidance or over-dependence. Together, we’ll gently explore what shaped your attachment style and support your growth toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Healing is about restoring wholeness. These modalities allow us to work at multiple levels: the emotional, the cognitive, the relational, and the physiological. They are chosen not just because they’re effective, but because they honor the full humanity of each person who walks into my office.

Let’s discover the approach that’s right for you.
